This dress sits off the shoulders and hugs the body beautifully around the waist. A twist detail is placed in the middle, highlighting and providing support for the chest. A panel with a side slit is placed at the bottom to bring flow and movement to the dress. The fabric used is a soft, light Jersey remnant from the 90s.
